No. In fact, the majority of CRBD’s owners did not have any experience in the dental care industry before opening up their own clinics. Our franchise owners come from all types of diverse backgrounds and experiences, from former Microsoft partner players to former Marketing Agency owners. What unites them is in their ability to follow a proven system thst is passionate about helping others with the highest clinical, ethical and moral standards possible, and their desire to help spread the benefits of holistic and biological dental care with our proven clinical business practice model.
Whether you currently have experience in the dental industry or will simply hire a great full-time clinical director with experience to manage the staff and operate the business for you while keeping you involved in the day-to-day operation of the clinic. No. As a general rule, however, all medical treatments should be performed by qualified healthcare professionals under the supervision of a licensed oral surgeon. Your selected professional must be in good standing with his/her respected dental surgeons college and additional professional associations. In addition, Dental Healthcare Franchisees may also be licensed dentists or medical doctors, however CR BioDental only requires that a licensed clinician be a member of your franchise clinic’s staff so therefore it is possible to own a CR BioDental Clinic as a non-healthcare provider.
It is always helpful however that you have experience running another type of business including working with employees and customers, managing cash flow and generating financial statements, we have a complete training program and manuals as well as field operational staff that can help you learn the business as well as provide ongoing support.

The CR BioDental Franchise Management team will provide continuous pre-opening, grand opening and ongoing guidance through all phases of the site selection, lease negotiation, construction, training, grand opening and ongoing processes for marketing and operations.
Once we get you opened as quickly as possible and on-schedule, we will have regular coaching calls together with our Franchise Development Team, account manager and quarterly calls with the CEO. You will also continue to receive updates to the proprietary operations manual and other administration materials, which covers the entire daily operation of the business in detail for your clinic and allows for regular upgrades and improvements to all the newest technology and patient techniques.
In addition, we will support any additional professional development that benefits you and your practice, including. marketing and comprehensive training support via on-site workshops, supervision, operations reviews and help with quality control, customer service, accounting assistance. We have a clear expectation of revenue stream from each clinic, and we monitor the performance weekly. We also employ mystery shoppers to help us ensure that clinics are delivering services as per the system to ensure a smooth and successful launch as well.

CR BioDental has developed an intensive hands-on onsite & online continuous operations training program taught via our secure intranet platform, onsite visits, classroom learning and access to our franchise network that covers the standards and processes required to operate and manage every aspect of your CR BioDental clinic.

Some countries, states, and provinces do not permit an unlicensed person to own or operate a dental practice or clinic. In those areas, you would own a dental management franchise that provides management services to a professional dental practice owned and operated by a licensed dentist. In these specific countries, states and provinces, the law states explicitly that only dentists may practice dentistry, and not corporations. However, this law currently only a few geographic regions and therefore there is no requirement for doctors and dentists to directly own dental clinics in most available franchise areas, meaning that a franchisee can own a CRBD clinic and employ dentists to practice dentistry.

You will be required to spend a minimum initial amount on grand opening advertising. You will contribute to a national marketing campaign at a rate of 2% of gross revenues toward the system marketing fund. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the CR BioDental brand and cover the costs to develop local marketing materials and campaigns franchisee support services and the continued development of products, treatment and supply channels, marketing tools, training programs and systems upgrades.

Each location can vary, depending on a variety of factors, including: site selection, build-out requirements, permitting and training. The first important step is to find an appropriate location based on criteria developed by BioPed Franchising Inc.
Once a lease is signed and the general contractor is hired, the build-out typically takes about 6 weeks. However, it typically takes approximately 3-4 months from signing the agreement to opening your practice as every case is dependent on State, City and/or Municipality permitting.
