Dr. Rosita Fung (PharmD)
Administrative Manager
Dr. Rosita Fung is the Administration Manager to Costa Rican BioDental and her role is to supervise, oversee and manage the financial and administrative operations of the healthcare facility as well as to supervise and support all members of the team in order to achieve the clinic’s financial stability goals.
In addition to managing and supporting the team’s human resources and infrastructure, Rosita also serves on the Board of Directors and manages the clinic’s strategic growth investments and as well has developed impactful relationships with the biological pharmaceutical industry.
During her time at CRBD, Dr. Fung has overseen the execution of multiple impact investment strategies and has actively participated in the creation of three portfolio companies. Prior to joining CRBD, Dr. Rosita Fung was general manager at NanoDerma Costa Rica, the portfolio company of Biocell Boulevard S.A., a public limited, joint-stock, share company based in Escazu, San Jose, Costa Rica. Dr. Fung received her degree in pharmacy license from the Universidad Latina de Iberoamerica.

Dr. Andres Gomez is a doctor in oral and maxillofacial surgery with a focus on autogenuous sinus lifts and other complex biological bone grafting procedures. In addition to being an advanced implantology student, instructor and practitioner, Dr. Gomez has perfected the technique of utilizing both palette rich fibrin and plasma (PRF), (PRP).
Costa Rican BioDental is very honored to be working with one of the brightest and keenest dental surgical specialists in the country. During his 5-year tenure as Professor of the Costa Rican University School of Dentistry Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Gomez has personally instructed thousands of collegiate’s to also acquire these valuable and advanced special surgical trainings and techniques.
Dr. Gianina Soto (DMD)
Chief Holistic Officer
Dr. Gianina Soto is one of a few dentists in Costa Rica with a passion for living in harmony with mother nature and has been embracing a whole-food, plant-based diet for over 20 years. Dr. Soto’s mission in life is to help patient’s make the transition from non-harmonious lifestyles into more holistic ones. Today, Dr. Gianina primarily serves as Chief Dental Clinician at the BioDental office in Liberia, Guanacaste.
Costa Rican BioDental is very honored to be making alternative dental therapies and treatments available for everyone through students and disciples of Dr. Runar Johnson’s holistic dental training course in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Soto knows her life’s calling and purpose to practice her mentor’s teachings right here in Costa Rica.

Dr. Jose Saborio is a doctor in dental medicine with a focus on nuerofocal dentistry and other areas of unique biological dental interest, such as complementing conventional dental care with nutritherapy and phytotherapy, as well as osteopathy, homeopathy, and aromatherapy, as a way to bring harmony and peace to the mind and body during the healing process.
As Chief Clinical Officer to Costa Rican BioDental, Dr. Jose Saborio’s role is to supervise, oversee and manage the clinical operations of the healthcare facility as well as to supervise and support all members of the team in order to develop strategies and plan ways to ensure employee compliance with new company regulations, especially as they relate to improving morale and patient outcomes.
